FAQ'S

When can I sign up for classes?
Our school season schedule is ongoing from September through May and you may register for classes at any time.  Dance class registration closes in March in preparation for the spring dance performance.

When is my tuition due?
Tuition is always due on the 15th of the month.  A $10.00 late fee will be applied to any accounts that have a balance remaining after the 15th.

What should my child wear to class?

  • Girls Gymnastics Attire - leotard with bare feet, tight fitting shorts are okay, (tappin tumblers may wear transition/ footless tights) Hair should be tied back, no dangling jewelry.
  • Boys Gymnastics Attire - Shorts/sweat pants, t-shirt/ tank top, no jeans
  • Dance - leotard, transition tights, check with instructor for specific class requirements

When is my tuition due?
North Crest Gymnastics, Dance and Cheer tuition is always due on the 15th of the previous month.

Am I required to provide credit card information?
Yes.  You will be required to provide credit card information on your registration form.

What happens if I registered before the 15th?

If you registered before the 15th of the previous month, please note that on the 16th of that month your registration fee and first months tuition will be charged together on the 16th.

What happens if I registered after the 15th?
If you are registering after the 15th of the previous month your registration fee and first months tuition will be charged when your registration is processed.

Will you pro-rate my child's tuition?
North Crest Gymnastics, Dance and Cheer will pro-rate your first months tuition and the registration fee accordingly.

When will my payment be automatically processed?
All future automatic payments will be withdrawn from accounts on the 16th of the previous month that classes are to be received.

Is there a late payment fee?
Yes.  A $10.00 late fee is applied to accounts that we do not have automatic payment information for and that carry any remaining balance after the 15th of any given month.  If automatic payment is declined you may also receive a late fee.

Can North Crest Gymnastics, Dance and Cheer discontinue my membership?
North Crest reserves the right to discontinue a student from classes if payment is received late for 2 consecutive months.

What happens if I want to withdraw from a class at North Crest Gymnastics Dance and Cheer?
Notice is required prior to the 15th of the previous month to withdraw from a class (i.e. we need to know by February 15th if you are not coming for the month of March).  If the notice is given after the 15th of the month, you will be responsible for the following month's tuition as well.  You can give your notice by completing one of the following procedures.

  • An on-line customer service notice
  • Contacting us by phone (to fill out appropriate paperwork)
  • Stopping at the front desk (to fill out appropriate paperwork)

PLEASE DO NOT ONLY INFORM YOUR INSTRUCTOR (appropriate paperwork will not be completed and you may be charged for the next month's tuition)

Does North Crest Gymnastics, Dance and Cheer run a 12-month program?
Our annual schedule runs from September to August.  In the spring you will be given a summer schedule along with a summer intention form that must be turned in before May 15th, to notify us of your summer intention.  All returning and new students must register for the September classes.
